Ingredients
Tortillas

black beans, rinsed and drained

cooked quinoa

Instructions
Mix black beans, quinoa, corn, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Place tortillas on a surface and distribute filling evenly.
Add sliced avocado and lettuce, then roll up tightly.
