1/2cupshredded cheese((mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, or your favorite melting cheese))
4ozcream cheese
3-4clovesgarlic(minced)
1/2cuptomatoes(chopped)
2cupsbroccoli florets
2cupsbaby spinach
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper((optional))

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with Italian seasoning, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
