A quick and flavorful vegan garlic noodle dish perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions
  • to taste salt
  • for garnish fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive and sesame oils in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
  • Mix in noodles, toss to coat, cook 2-3 minutes, then season with salt and green onions.
  • Serve hot, garnished with cilantro if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust spice levels to taste.
