A quick and flavorful vegan garlic noodle dish perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Noodles

noodles (spaghetti or linguine)
4
cloves
garlic, minced
3
tablespoons
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
sesame oil
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)

green onions
chopped green onions
to taste
salt
for garnish
fresh cilantro
(optional)
Instructions
Cook noodles until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive and sesame oils in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
Mix in noodles, toss to coat, cook 2-3 minutes, then season with salt and green onions.
Serve hot, garnished with cilantro if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust spice levels to taste.
