Enjoy tender, flavorful salmon cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets (5-8 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic)
  • to taste Black/white sesame seeds
  • to taste Green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder; divide in half.
  • Marinate salmon with half the sauce in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon inside and baste with remaining sauce.
  • Air fry for 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best results.
