Start your day with these quick and fluffy muffins made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or berries (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, fold in optional mix-ins.
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full, place in air fryer, and cook 10-12 mins.
  • Cool briefly before serving.
