Ingredients
Portobello Mushrooms
4largeportobello mushroom caps(stems removed)
1tablespoonolive oil
salt and pepper to tastesalt and pepper
1/2cuplow-sugar tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupgrated parmesan cheese
your favorite low-carb toppings (e.g., sliced bell peppers, onions, olives, cooked sausage)low-carb toppings

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean mushroom caps, place gill-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes to release moisture, then remove from oven.
