Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, corn, black beans, and chopped cilantro.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the cilantro lime dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocados.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice as desired.
