Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pan.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients, then combine with wet, alternating with milk.
Fold in apples and cinnamon, pour batter into pan.
Mix brown sugar, oats, and cold butter for crumble; sprinkle over batter.
Bake 45-50 minutes, cool slightly before serving.
