  • 0.25 piece avocado (ripe)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 large egg, fried
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon scallion, sliced

Instructions 

  • Toast the bread and set aside to cool.
  • Mash the avocado with pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Fry the egg in a nonstick pan until whites are set, about 3 minutes.
  • Spread the mashed avocado on the toast, top with the fried egg, then add Sriracha and scallions.

Notes

Use ripe avocado for best flavor and mash thoroughly for smooth spread.
