Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro (including stems)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (including stems)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 cup lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
  • 0.25 cup water (plus more as needed)

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust water for desired consistency, and salt/lime juice to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
