Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.
  • Place directly on oven rack or on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender and skin is caramelized.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with sea salt if desired.

Notes
