Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
Mix mashed bananas, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
Add vanilla and beaten egg; stir until combined.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture; fold in nuts or chips if using.
Pour batter into pan, bake 20-25 mins. Cool before cutting.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or mix in chocolate chips.
