Ingredients

Fruits and Nuts

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • honey or maple syrup for drizzling honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions 

  • Peel bananas and spread peanut butter over each.
  • Roll bananas in oats, then in chocolate chips or coconut if desired.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with honey or syrup if desired.
