Instructions
Mix rice flour, urad dal flour, beetroot, cumin, salt, and turmeric.
Add water gradually to form a smooth, pourable batter.
Heat a skillet and lightly grease with oil.
Pour batter and spread into a thin circle, then cook until golden and crispy.
Flip and cook the other side briefly, then serve hot.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan for best results and serve with chutney.
