Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, drain.
Mix ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture, place in baking dish, pour marinara over, and top with remaining mozzarella.
Cover with foil, bake 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh basil and ensure shells are cooked al dente.
