20largepasta shells
1lbricotta cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
1eggegg
2cupsmarinara sauce
1tspdried basil
1tspdried oregano
to tastesalt and pepper
for garnishfresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, then drain.
Mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in a greased dish.
Top with marinara and remaining mozzarella, then bake 25-30 mins.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
