A flavorful stir-fry featuring tender chicken and bold black pepper, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 500 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • to taste salt
  • spring onions for garnish chopped

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with soy, cornstarch, and half of black pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  • Mix in bell pepper and onion, cook until tender.
  • Season with salt and remaining black pepper, garnish with spring onions, and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with rice or noodles.
