A creamy, cheesy broccoli casserole topped with crunchy Ritz crackers, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

Instructions
Sauté mushrooms, garlic, onion, olive oil, and salt in a skillet for 10 minutes.
Mix 1 cup of cheddar, mushroom soup, sour cream, broccoli, and mushroom mixture in a bowl.
Pour into greased casserole, top with remaining cheddar, and sprinkle crushed crackers.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of pepper or paprika before baking.
