A delicious and healthy baked dish combining fresh vegetables with creamy cheese for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Vegetables

fresh broccoli

tender cauliflower florets

creamy cottage cheese

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

whole milk

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or blanch broccoli and cauliflower until tender, then drain.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine vegetables with the cheese mixture and transfer to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
You can add a pinch of paprika or herbs for extra flavor.
