These crispy broccoli tots are a healthy and delicious snack or side dish, packed with flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 550 g broccoli (cut into florets and stems)
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 60 g almond meal/flour
  • 75 g sharp cheddar cheese (packed cup)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional - do not add for baby)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Steam broccoli stems and florets until soft, then chop and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add cheese, eggs, almond meal, and garlic; mix well and form into tots.
  • Place tots on tray, optionally spray with oil, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  • Serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

For a crispier texture, spray tots lightly with oil before baking.
