These crispy broccoli tots are a healthy and delicious snack or side dish, packed with flavor and easy to make.
Ingredients

broccoli
(cut into florets and stems)

sharp cheddar cheese

(optional - do not add for baby)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam broccoli stems and florets until soft, then chop and transfer to a bowl.
Add cheese, eggs, almond meal, and garlic; mix well and form into tots.
Place tots on tray, optionally spray with oil, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
For a crispier texture, spray tots lightly with oil before baking.
