Instructions
Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Layer cooked rice in bowls as the base.
Top rice with buffalo chicken mixture, then add corn, black beans, and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
Drizzle ranch dressing if desired, season with salt and pepper, then serve.
