Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

Cooked chicken

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded

Sauces and dressings

  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Cheese and vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup celery, diced
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced

Other

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; cook until heated through.
  • Stir in ranch dressing, then add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  • Mix in diced celery and green onions, top with cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
