A delicious and customizable meal featuring crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, fresh lettuce, and tasty toppings, all in a convenient bowl.

lean beef mince/ground beef
Lettuce
(shredded)
Cheese
(dairy-free or regular)
Pickle slices

mayonnaise

ketchup

teaspoon
mustard (dijon or yellow)

teaspoon
pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)

teaspoon
garlic powder

smoked paprika
Instructions
Mix spice ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Cut potatoes into chips, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and half the spice mix, then bake at 200°C for 30-40 mins until crispy.
Cook beef in a hot pan until browned, add remaining spice mix, and cook until cooked through.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to make burger sauce.
Assemble bowls with chips, lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce. Serve.
