Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Combine cooked pasta with caramelized onions and toss well. Garnish with parsley and optional nutritional yeast.
