Instructions
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to make the dressing.
Shave cucumber and carrots into ribbons and place in a bowl.

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let flavors meld.
Give the salad a final toss, garnish with dill, and serve.
