A creamy, cheesy casserole combining tender cauliflower, broccoli, and shredded chicken for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
Vegetables

cauliflower florets

broccoli florets
½

cream cheese
(softened)

mayonnaise

garlic powder

sea salt

freshly ground pepper

grated cheese
(¼ cup in the sauce and ½ cup for topping)

cooked and shredded chicken
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 dish and set aside.
Boil water, cook cauliflower and broccoli for 2-3 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
Mix softened cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, ¼ cup cheese, and shredded chicken in a bowl. Add steamed vegetables and combine.
Transfer mixture to prepared dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and browned.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices as desired.
