Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 1.5-quart casserole dish with olive oil spray.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Make cheese sauce by whisking cream cheese, milk, hot sauce, spices, Worcestershire, and mustard; add shredded cheese until smooth.
Crush Ritz crackers, mix with thyme, black pepper, and melted butter.
Combine cauliflower with cheese sauce, pour into dish, top with cracker mixture, and bake until bubbling and golden, about 15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
