This keto-friendly bread is fluffy, low in carbs, and perfect for sandwiches or enjoying with butter.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • to taste salt and pepper (optional: herbs or spices for flavor)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix yolks with cream cheese.
  • Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold yolk mixture into whites, add shredded cheese, and season.
  • Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and fluffy.

Notes

This bread is best enjoyed fresh and can be stored in the fridge for a day or two.
