A hearty and creamy soup that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting bowl.

Instructions 

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the diced potatoes, carrots, and celery, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and add the Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, cooking until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes
