Ingredients

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the diced potatoes, carrots, and celery, cooking for about 5 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and add the Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, cooking until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize the flavor to your liking.
