A creamy, cheesy casserole combining broccoli and cauliflower, topped with buttery Ritz crackers for a comforting meal.

Instructions
Boil chopped broccoli and cauliflower until tender, then drain.
Mix egg, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Combine cooked vegetables with the mixture and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Crush Ritz crackers, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
