A creamy, cheesy cauliflower casserole that's perfect as a side dish or comfort food. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients
Cauliflower

large head
cauliflower, cut into florets
1
cup
heavy cream
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
cream cheese, softened
2
cloves
garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
onion powder
to taste
Salt and pepper
1/2
teaspoon
paprika (optional)
for garnish
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower for 5-7 minutes, drain well.
Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
Fold in cheddar and half of Parmesan into the mixture. Add cooked cauliflower and coat evenly.
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch dish, top with remaining Parmesan, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or a dash of hot sauce.
