A hearty and easy one-pan dinner combining ground beef, potatoes, and cheese for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, then add ground beef, season, and brown. Drain excess fat.
Mix mushroom soup and milk, coat potatoes, then layer half in a greased dish. Add beef and top with half cheese.
Add remaining potato mixture, cover with remaining cheese, and bake covered 45 mins, then uncovered 15 mins.
Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and low-fat cheese.
