A creamy, cheesy cauliflower casserole perfect for a keto-friendly meal that’s easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

Swiss Gruyere cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking dish.
Slice cauliflower into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
Layer half of cauliflower in dish, sprinkle with half of cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Repeat with remaining cauliflower and cheese.
Pour heavy cream over casserole, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake uncovered for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish is best served warm and can be stored in an airtight container for leftovers.
