A delicious and easy-to-make chicken and avocado wrap perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)

Produce

  • 1 piece Ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Condiments

  • 0.25 cup Ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Bakery

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Prepare ingredients: cook and shred chicken, slice avocado, dice tomatoes, shred lettuce.
  • Warm tortillas in microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Assemble wraps: layer lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle dressing on each tortilla.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then fold and roll the tortillas into wraps.
  • Serve immediately, sliced in half if desired.

Notes

You can customize the dressing and add other vegetables for extra flavor.
