A delicious and healthy chicken avocado wrap perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Fresh ingredients rolled in a soft tortilla make for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts, sliced

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 1 pieces ripe avocado, sliced

Dairy & Condiments

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 piece tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or yogurt
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional lime juice

Instructions 

  • Mix mayonnaise or yogurt with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay out tortillas and spread with the mayo mixture.
  • Layer chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheese on each tortilla.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
