A quick and delicious pasta salad combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful pesto for a satisfying meal or side dish.
Ingredients
Pasta and Chicken

cooked pasta (rotini or penne)

cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

pesto sauce

cherry tomatoes, halved

mozzarella balls, halved

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
Mix in pesto sauce until evenly coated.
Add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil; toss gently.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
Optional: drizzle with olive oil, then toss again.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
