A delicious baked pasta dish filled with tender chicken, spinach, and artichokes, topped with cheese and marinara sauce.

chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, drain.
Mix shredded chicken, spinach, artichokes, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff shells with mixture, place in baking dish, cover with marinara.
Bake covered 25-30 mins, then uncover and bake 5 mins until bubbly and browned.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs before serving.
