Vegetables

Instructions
Mix chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk in water until smooth, then stir in vegetables.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter into skillet, cook until edges lift and bottom is golden, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter, serve hot with herbs if desired.
