Instructions
Slice chicken into thin strips and marinate with soy, oyster, sesame oils, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in chopped scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
