A quick and healthy Chinese-inspired dish featuring tender chicken and fresh scallions, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4-5 scallions scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken into thin strips and marinate with soy, oyster, sesame oils, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
