A comforting and easy green bean casserole perfect for holiday dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup french fried onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon soy sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix green beans, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in half of the fried onions and pour into a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then top with remaining onions and bake 5-10 minutes more.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For a crunchier topping, bake a few extra minutes until golden brown.
