A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients

rotini or penne pasta

cherry tomatoes
(halved)

cucumber
(diced)

red bell pepper

black olives

(finely chopped)

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, black olives, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and parsley.
Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
