A flavorful chicken dish featuring a tangy cranberry orange sauce, perfect for a quick and elegant meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add orange juice, honey, and orange zest. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add cranberries and cook until they burst, about 5 minutes.
  • Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and heat through for 2 minutes. Serve topped with sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or orange slices.
