fresh cranberries

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add orange juice, honey, and orange zest. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add cranberries and cook until they burst, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and heat through for 2 minutes. Serve topped with sauce.
Notes
