Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cooked chicken, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using).
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with optional ingredients if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
