Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz Kluski noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, cook vegetables for 4 minutes, add garlic, then stir in flour.
  • Add broth and milk, simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked chicken and noodles, then serve.
