Ingredients

large cucumbers

cherry tomatoes
(halved)

red onion

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or a splash of vinegar.
