Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 large cucumbers (thinly sliced)

Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Oils

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Acid & Flavorings

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Combine sliced cucumbers in a large bowl.
