Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, diced
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
