  • In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture and gently toss until well coated.
