A refreshing and creamy salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients

medium cucumbers
(diced)

cup
cherry tomatoes
(halved)
1/2
red onion
(thinly sliced)
1/2
cup
plain Greek yogurt

tbsp
mayonnaise

tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1
tsp
garlic powder
salt
(to taste)
pepper
(to taste)

fresh dill
(chopped (optional))
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture and gently toss until well coated.
If desired, add the chopped fresh dill and toss again.
Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, let the salad sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
