Ingredients

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens, 3-5 minutes.
Add broccoli, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Serve over rice and top with Parmesan if desired.
