Ingredients

pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

garlic, minced

heavy cream

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper, add pasta, toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley if desired, serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
